Please try using version 1.0.9a first; use Administrator's privileges to install.

If your computer is lucky i.e., .NETs are orderly/properly installed, you will get NotJustBrowsing installed straight away.

Yacy installs properly in the Admin account but when I log into the Limited User account its not there at all. It was installed on a Windows XP computer. Should I just wait for the next version? Or what can I do?

No need to use Admin account. When installing, instead of double clicking on the file just click right mouse button and you will be given some options. As seen in the following picture. Choose "Run as administrator" from the popup menu.

It is the "Zero Point" builder within installation that requires "admin permissions".
