Please try using version 1.0.9a first; use Administrator's privileges to install.

If your computer is lucky i.e., .NETs are orderly/properly installed, you will get NotJustBrowsing installed straight away.

No need to use Admin account. When installing, instead of double clicking on the file just click right mouse button and you will be given some options. As seen in the following picture. Choose "Run as administrator" from the popup menu.
   

It is the "Zero Point" builder within installation that requires "admin permissions".
